Shipping Time & Production
We normally need 2–5 business days to complete product production. After production, standard shipping from the US takes 7–12 business days.
The estimated delivery times displayed on our website are for reference only and represent the delivery timeframe for approximately 95% of orders. Due to factors beyond our control, some orders may require additional transit time. If the package is not delivered as expected, we only accept a refund of the shipping fee. If you need your package to arrive by a specific date, please contact us in advance at support@vistalinen.com to confirm the estimated delivery timeframe before placing your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Common carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT.
Import Duties
Import duties vary by country. Carriers may notify you to pay customs duties based on your order amount.
Our pricing does not include any possible customs duty fees.
